HOW IT WORKS

STEP
Order
Starting up your service with us is as easy as 1,2,3.
Firstly you will email through your order which will consist of;

Number of meals
-
Dietary requirements
-
Which days meals are required
-
Preferred time of delivery. (all our deliveries are guaranteed by 12 noon)

'Oh no, something's changed since we put our ordered in!'
Don’t stress, give us a call and let us know your adjustments.

STEP
Delivery
Then you’ll sit back, relax and wait for your delivery to arrive, Its as simple as that.
Deliveries will be dropped at your specified time, by our friendly DBS checked delivery driver, in a insulated box at the correct legal temperature to serve.

The only thing we ask of you is to clean all trays and containers you receive your food in ready to return back to your driver the following day.

STEP
Invoicing
You will be invoiced monthly (with no hidden costs) with seven days to settle upon receipt.

Strict in house HACCP plus Food & Hygiene guidelines are followed within our establishment in order for seamless traceability for environmental health purposes.
